My goal is to provide you with the best possible experience during your consultation — but for this, I also kindly ask for your cooperation in following the house rules below. Serious violations of these rules may result in exclusion from further collaboration.

Please arrive without makeup or tinted moisturizer for the color consultation. If this is not possible, we will remove it before starting.
Please avoid tanning beds and self-tanning products for 1 month before the consultation. If you cannot skip these for 4 weeks, unfortunately we cannot work together.
If you have recently been on holiday and got a strong tan, please wait 3 weeks before booking the consultation.
Your booking is only considered final once the full fee has been transferred, after which the invoice is issued immediately.
After the consultation you may ask 2–3 follow-up questions, but longer discussions require a separate consultation session, which can be booked after paying the consultation fee.
If you cannot attend your booked appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
If you are sick, please let me know — we will find a new date after you have recovered.
If you are running late, please inform me. In case of a very long delay (30 minutes or more), a new appointment will need to be scheduled to avoid delays for the next client.
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year, can be picked up in person or sent via priority mail. Parcel point delivery is not available. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The consultation fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer when booking. I do not accept Revolut, installment payments, or deferred payments. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Please do not wear turtlenecks or high-neck tops — choose a regular neckline for the consultation.
In the studio, mutual respect and polite, cooperative behavior are essential. If this is not upheld, I reserve the right to refuse the service.
By booking an appointment, the client automatically accepts the house rules. Compliance is mandatory. If the rules are violated, I may discontinue the service immediately and end the collaboration.
If a client cancels twice, I cannot offer a new appointment.
Divine Colours reserves the right to decline providing a new appointment in cases where it may compromise the harmony and quality of the service.
All Divine Colours online platforms represent the brand’s harmony and quality. The provider reserves the right to decide who can access, view, or interact with the content.
Photos and content published on the website and social media are used only with prior client consent. Personal data and images are handled confidentially and never shared with third parties.
The provider reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or technical issues). In such cases, I will offer the earliest possible new appointment.
